We are looking for a new girl to join us in our house from 1st September (possible sub-let from 1st August-1st September). It is a 3 bedroom place with a garden and living room. The room comes with all furniture pictured but the desk and chair, however the flatmate moving out is happy to discuss selling.
5 minute walk to Tooting Broadway station and amenities including supermarkets, pubs and restaurants, and Tooting Market.
Bills come to around £100 a month (gas, electric, water, council tax, and wifi). On-street parking is available with a permit.
I am 29, work in HR at a museum. Big fan of reading, running and a massive pub lover. I’m out and about with friends eating, drinking and exploring London a lot but I also spend a lot of chill time in the house watching tv and drinking wine. I also do Rover sometimes so would love someone who is a dog lover too!
Katie is a 30-year-old economist working in the public sector. She loves going out for meals and drinks with friends, travelling and catching live music whenever she can. Equally, she's also happy having a chill night in watching trashy movies on the sofa!
We are both social people who go for the odd drink together and watch tv so are looking for someone who also wants to be friends in the house.
We will be doing viewings late morning/early afternoon on Saturday and Sunday 20th-21st July so please only enquire if free those times.
