Hi!
We are looking for another housemate to join us in our lovely flat share in Tooting as one of our housemates is sadly leaving us to move in with her boyfriend! It's a 5 minute walk from Tooting Broadway station and very close to all the local bars, restaurants & shops Tooting has to offer!
The room is £950 PCM (with bills included). Available from end of August but we can be flexible with move in dates.
The flat itself has 4 great sized bedrooms, 2 modern bathrooms, a kitchen/living space and a patio/terrace.
A bit about us:
We are three young professionals, Courtney (32), Megan (28) and Laura (32). We are fun, kind and sociable girls looking to live with like minded people, who want to make a house a home. We are up for cosy nights in but equally love exploring London, going out for brunch and drinks/dinner when we are free, but also appreciate our own space! Megan is a Fashion Teacher, Courtney is a Buyer for a wine company and Laura is a Sommelier and actress.
