Sunny and spacious double room in tooting broadway

Looking for someone to move into my room for late August.

This lovely and spacious room is located in a cosy, LGBT-friendly home a 5-minute walk from Tooting Broadway tube station and close to other transport links (see below).

It's got all the facilities you could need (also listed below) and three wonderful housemates.

THE ROOM
This is a large furnished second-floor room, with lots of storage. The room comes with: double bed, bedside table, chest of drawers, and 2 double wardrobes with drawer/shelving space inside. The desk is not included but there is plenty of room if you want to bring one with you, to wfh.

The room looks onto the local leisure centre, but it's really quiet and feels very private. The window is double-glazed and you get some lovely sunlight during the day.

FACILITIES
- Kitchen: oven and hob, washing machine, and lots of fridge and freezer space
- Living room with TV
- Tumble dryer (but also space to hang washing so this doesn't drive bills up too much)
- Fast broadband (3 of us can all stream at the same time with no problems and I regularly have online meetings when I work from home)
- Loads of storage space
- Cute patio (with space for bike storage)

HOUSEMATES
Vicky, Laura have been living in london a while now, whereas Ella has just relocated from Oxford. They're really respectful and considerate people to live with. We all are quite busy so will often only catch each other after work for a chat and a debrief, but we also make time for house dinners and the occasional glass of wine. It's a really calm and peaceful home, and they are super chill and easy to get on with.
We are looking for someone chill, relaxed and friendly to fit in with the house.

We are a mixture of WFH and in the office, so would be looking for a similar set up / someone in the workplace full-time.

PRACTICALITIES
the deposit is actually 807 pounds but sparerooms settings doesn't allow us to put the correct price!

Bills (council tax, water, wifi, electricity and gas) generally come in between £85-90 in total but we were recently hit with a high energy bill so that can vary🫶 we do try to keep usage to a minimum.
