Double bedroom in friendly Tooting House 💕

We have a double bedroom available in our cute little Tooting house 💕

The current tenant is moving out to live with her boyfriend and we are looking for a friendly fun outgoing roommate to take her spot.

The house is in an ideal location, under 2 minutes walk from Tooting Broadway station (on the northern line) but on a quiet street. We are also only a stones throw away from Broadway market so it’s an ideal house for someone who wants to get into central London quickly but can also benefit from all the amazing things Tooting has to offer.

The bedroom comes fully furnished and we are lucky to have an office room as well (in case you ever need to work from home). We also have a garden which catches the sun and you can apply for a parking permit too. And bills are currently ~£85 per month ✨

In our spare time you can either find us at the pub, running around Tooting Common or relaxing with a glass of wine or two and a Netflix documentary. And ideally we are looking for someone who is fun and easy going but also happy to do their own thing.
