Double bedroom in lovely Tooting house

I am sadly leaving my room in our lovely Tooting house. I have been here for 4 years and am leaving to move In with my boyfriend.

The room is a small double but with a full sized wardrobe and chest of drawers. Please note there is no space for a desk.
We have a shared lounge, kitchen and nice sized garden which are all well maintained and super homely.

Me and one other housemate are leaving (also to move in with partner) so one will be remaining and we are filling both rooms. I am advertising the upstairs smaller room

Hollie (remaining housemate) is looking for someone chilled, clean and easy to spend time with around the house. Looking for good vibes!!
