The Location of the flat will be its second big ticket item. Tooting Broadway markets are a stone's throw away and The Selkirk pub is literally right around the corner.

5 min walk to Tooting Broadway Underground station and plenty of connecting buses if you prefer that up to Clapham or Balham areas. You got Tooting Commons, Wandsworth Park all well connected by bike or public transport.

The Flat is a part of a converted Primary School so it has two gates ( with codes ) to make you feel that little bit extra safe. And there are plenty of other professionals living in the block that you'll bump into every now and then. Friendly bunch of people.

Bills that aren't included are Gas and Power, we've got Octopus energy ( for the greenies out there )

A bit about me, I'm a Aussie who's been in London for 11 years. Loves playing football & tennis and has full-time work in property.
