I am looking for someone to take over my tenancy living with 3 of my close friends.
I am moving in with my partner. The room is fantastic as you can see from the pictures. It has an en-suite, shower with excellent water pressure and a bed with a comfy mattress.
The house has a shared living space with plenty of room as well as a garden (complete with a barbecue!)
You would be living with 3 young professionals aged 25-30. They all know each other already and are friendly and sociable types. We like to cook as a house and frequently watch TV together.
If you are less sociable, the room is more than big enough to function as your primary living space.
