Looking for someone to sublet our single room in Tooting Broadway

Room comes fully furnished with a single bed and chest of drawers and hanging space plus access to shared storage. Rent is £650 for the month including all bills and WiFi.

Ground floor 3 bed flat with sole access to cute garden, great in the summer, good size kitchen/living room and shared bathroom.

5 mins walk from Tooting Broadway for the northern line, 10 mins to Tooting station for Thameslink, great shops/pubs/restaurants round the corner and 2 mins walk from tooting market.

Our current housemate is moving out and our next tenant isn’t arriving until September so looking for someone to fill the room for a month .

We are both single professionals (32, one male one female, LGBTQ+) with our own lives, but love having a drink or dinner together in the evenings.
