Two Rooms Available!!

Two rooms available living with three other women, aged 29-31. Female applicants only for our girls’ flat. They love cosy nights in, pub trips for sport & quizzes, day trips to other places and long chats over dinner and trashy TV. It’s a sociable flat that we like to think of as a home, not just a house. Rooms only available due to relocations!

Monthly rent at £860 (very large double with ensuite) and £719 (double with shared bathroom) - includes all bills, as well as covering extra shared purchases (cleaning products, toilet roll, tin foil, cooking oil/spices etc). And if that shared fund builds up, you can treat yourselves! Previous purchases include a garden table & chairs, and funding nights out.

Really great rooms, with a large shared living room and a garden. Only a few minutes walk from the tube station, 2 mins from a huge Sainbury’s and all the pubs of Tooting. Cleaning duties for the whole flat and the shared bathroom are on a rota basis.

Rooms have been provisionally held. Move in date is 1st September.
