Looking for 2 housemates in Tooting Broadway!

I’m moving to London this summer looking for 2 people to move into a 3 bed 3 bathroom house with me in Tooting Broadway from mid august onwards! Exact date TBC but the landlord is keen to do sort references etc ASAP

My brother has lived there with his friends for the past few years but he’s moving out and I’m looking for 2 people to move into the other 2 rooms. It’s a really nice place, 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, 2 balconies and roof terrace. Rent is £967 per month, bills not included but does include broadband. They really loved the house and the landlord is really great too. The house is on a quiet street, and less than 5 minutes walk to Tooting Broadway station.

I’m moving to London to start a new job as a doctor at Kings Hospital. I’m 27, gay, a pretty social person, and laid back and tidy.
I’ll be new to living in london so would really love to live with people who are keen to do things together and be friends not just housemates! But also I appreciate chill evenings and respect other people’s space etc 🙂 I enjoy going to festivals, events and nights out, going out for drinks/food/coffee etc, travelling, as well as running and playing tennis. I’ve wanted to live in London for a while now so am very excited to move!
