☀️Bright Double Room in 3 bed maisonette, Tooting

Our flatmate is moving out se we’re looking for someone to join us in our 3 bedroom flat in Tooting Broadway!

It's a great location, with the tube station (Northern Line Zone 3) and plenty of shops/restaurants/bars just 2-5 minutes away. It's also right next to St George's Hospital, so could be great for anyone who works there.

The flat is split across 3 levels with 3 double bedrooms, a large living/dining room and bathroom with shower & bath. The bedroom on offer is really bright and overlooks the garden, and comes fully furnished with a double bed, chest of drawers and wardrobe. You wouldn't be able to fit a desk in the bedroom so it is best for someone who doesn't work from home. The house is at the quiet end of the street and with friendly neighbours.

A bit about the us: Jothi (26) works at a hospital, and Mads (25) works in the city (mix of WFH/office). We're both big foodies and love a wine night watching MAFS, so would be great to find someone who is similar! We're both tidy and respectful, and are looking for someone who has similar interests and ideally we can be friends with, not just a flatmate!

Council tax band C (Wandsworth council tax is one of the cheapest in the country!), and all other bills are fairly cheap (Total bills come to about £50 in summer, and £100 in winter)
