We have one large en-suite double (loft conversion) room available. The room comes furnished with a bed and built in wardrobes. Our current housemate is willing to sell the desk & chair for a negotiable price.

This is a 3 bed house located in Tooting Broadway, move in date is 8th October and the tenancy is 1 year. You’ll need to pass referencing checks with the landlord.

The rent for this room is £900 and bills (council tax, water, gas and electric) range between £90 to £150 depending on the time of year. The landlord covers the broadband, and is a very helpful person with everything house related.

The house is a 5 minute walk from Tooting train station, where you can get to Blackfriars in 20 minutes. Tooting Broadway tube station (Northern line) is a 15 minute walk, or a 5 minute bus journey from the end of the road. There is also a big Lidl a 5 minute walk away.

You would be living with myself and Abbie, as our friend is moving back home to save to go travelling. She has lived here 2 years, and we are very sad to see her go. Myself and Abbie have lived here one year, and love the house and location so we have decided to stay.

We are both very good friends, who enjoy a night at the pub, but also chilled nights in with a takeaway. We are both super chilled and we’d love to find someone who can fit in with our dynamic. We are looking to have a friend, not just a housemate 🩷
