Double room in flat with balcony - tube 1 min away

Hey I’m Alex. Im looking for a person to live with to replace my housemate moving out. Place is quite affordable for what it is. It’s the 2nd and 3rd floor of a bunch of flats. 2 rooms, 2 bathrooms so you have your own. A nice shared living room and kitchen space and a balcony with a nice view. The bedroom available has a a double bed, plenty of draw space and a big mirror. Bathroom is your own and has a bath and shower. Place is also a literal 1 minute walk from Tooting Broadway so never that hard to get around. I’m looking for someone easy going who has some depth to them. Needs to be tidy, not saying you have to be immaculate but some awareness is good. Doesn’t mind the odd party or hanging out and it’s worth mentioning I’m quite passionate about music so if you’re into your music particularly emotional / melodic electronic stuff and maybe producing we will get on. I work out of the house during the day. If you work from home there is a big desk space you can use. Bills aren’t included but usually add an extra few hundred on top of rent. We are pretty well equipped, you’ll have most things you need. There may be some reference checks that need doing with landlord but I’ll find out once ball is rolling. The place will roughly be available from start of October but we are fairly flexible :)
