Double Room in Tooting

Spacious double room in a 2 bed flat. Room comes furnished.

You will be sharing with my current housemate, a 29 year old male who is a working professional, sociable, and easy to get along with. He is hoping to share with someone who is friendly and sociable, but someone who also enjoys their alone time.

Tooting Broadway underground station (Northern Line) is a 5 minute walk away from the flat and there are also multiple bus routes along the high street. There is lots to do in the area and great transport links for commuting. We are also in the Wandsworth council tax band which is one of the cheapest in London.

Deposit to be paid is 5 weeks rent.
