Hi! I am looking for someone to take over my room in a social 3-bed house near Tooting Broadway. I am moving out due to family needs.
The house is a 7 minute walk from Tooting Broadway tube station (Northern Line), 5 minutes from Tooting and Broadway Markets, 3 minutes from Lidl and other nearby shops, and is down a quiet side street with little traffic. A parking permit can be purchased from the council if required.
The tenancy includes the bedroom (furnished with bed and wardrobe), use of all communal spaces in the house (garden, shared bathroom, separate living room, and kitchen/dining room). Also includes use of a separate study, shared with one other housemate, with space for a desk if required for WFH.
You will be sharing the house with two others, both sociable professionals who have lived in London for a number of years, and who are looking for someone who will be a good addition to the house dynamic.
The room is available immediately, though with reference checks, early January will probably be easiest. Contract runs until 31st October 2025.
Bills average between £60-£100 pp/pcm (summer/winter).
