2 Rooms Available in 5 bed Tooting House!

Hi!

We are looking for someone to replace three rooms before September 13th.

The house:
A 3 storey house with a large back garden, 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The ground floor has two living rooms with a huge open plan kitchen leading out to the garden (which we cannot wait to use for BBQs). Each floor has a bathroom.

Money:
The rent is £979 per month.
The security deposit would be a full months rent.
Bills: approx £75 each.

The rooms are available from September 13th.

Transport:
The house is a 10 minute walk or 5 minute bus ride from Tooting Broadway (Northern Line).

About us:
Current flatmates are Jackie (26 years old), Claudia (28 years old). Claudia works full time as a recruitment consultant in the city (3 days in the office). Jackie is a masters law student. We're both very down to earth, tidy and respectful of each others space. We enjoy sharing dinner and drinks when schedules align. We also have a mini golden doodle called Jojo who is adorable and very loving!

About you:
Looking for someone tidy, house proud and social. The house is still slightly bare bones, as we have quite busy lives but we would like someone who would look to make this place truly like home. We want to have a space where we would be happy to bring friends over and would love for you to feel the same way. We are also looking for someone who is dog friendly and will be happy to have our little pup in the house.
