Large double room with the best housemate :-)

Our large double bedroom in our 2 bedroom house in Tooting will be available to rent from around the end of September (there is a little bit of flexibility if needed) as our lovely housemates are sadly moving back to New Zealand.

You’d be living with Jess (the best housemate ever!!), she’s super clean, tidy and lovely - she works in fashion and is a typical fun loving girl living in London. We loved doing dinners together or having a wine whilst we lived with her. She sometimes stays at her boyfriends and he sometimes stays over at the house too (he’s lovely as well!), and she was always happy for our friends or family to stay over here or there too.

The room is a great size for London and comes furnished with a big built in wardrobe, a chest of drawers and a double bed with a big storage space underneath. There is a large bathroom with a bath that you would share with Jess, and downstairs there is a shared living room and separate kitchen-dining room. The house also has a large garden, great for having some friends over in the summer.

We love the area, it’s around a 10 minute walk from Tooting Broadway station, with a cute cafe and gym right at the end of the road. It’s quite a quiet street with lovely neighbours.

Bills aren’t included but are very reasonable at around £250 per month for everything, and then split per person in the house.
