We have a large lovely double bedroom available from mid-end September with 2 other girls in Tooting Broadway

Set in a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom split level flat with 2 working professional females (30+). Looking for another likeminded working professional Female to join us 😊

The room is on the second floor and comes furnished with a bed frame (no mattress included), wardrobe, set of drawers, and bookshelf. There is plenty of space to add a desk for hybrid working.

You would be primarily sharing the upstairs bathroom with one another person. Second bathroom is located on the lower floor.

There's a terrace & separate kitchen / living area which comes fully furnished.

You would be living with 2 women (30 & 33) who have lived here for 4 years and both hybrid work (approx. 3 days a week in office) and are tidy and respectful of shared spaces, so would appreciate someone who is also likeminded!

We also both super enjoy hanging out on the sofa after a long day at work as well as socialising; equally we also live our own lives so would want someone who is similar.

Rent is £650 per month (excluding bills circa £120 a month) Bills cover Wi-Fi, council tax, energy/gas, water, TV license.

Located a 7 min walk from Tooting Broadway tube station and 5 min walk from Tooting train station, so right in the hub and close to many supermarkets.
