Double room near tooting

Current roommate is moving back home so we need someone to take her place on the contract - comes furnished with a wardrobe, side tables + double bed; living room, kitchen and garden as communal areas and a separate bathroom/shower
House is super close to Garrett lane bus stops, and both tooting and earlsfield
We're both currently long term disabled so are pretty much house bodies/grandmas, and there's a local cat that has conned us into providing him shelter
Rent + bills usually comes to around £750 each month including council tax (varies depending on gas usage), however electric is paid on top to a meter
