The walk to the station is well lit so feels safe if you're getting home or going out at night alone.

Comes furnished, it is a good sized double with a double wardrobe, chest of drawers. The room is basic but it's clean and you are free to decorate it as you see fit!

Sunny (Birmingham boy, 27) and Em (37, Australian) have lived together for around a year. Em has been at the property for six years and counting!
Both professionally employed - Em founded and runs two businesses in the charity and diversity spaces. Sunny works in Government/Civil Service.
The house is pretty quiet most of the time as we both work hard and spend time out being social with friends. We're also partial to the odd BBQ/dinner thing at our place because the lounge and garden area are ideal for entertaining in.
ABOUT THE IDEAL TENANT:
We're looking to fill the third room of our flat with a human who isn't a d*ck.
We've just had a terrible experience with a flatmate who moved in and didn't pay her part of the rent for three months and lived like an absolute pig, before leaving abruptly!
We don't care about your gender, sexual preferences, faith/religion, race, the list goes on ... if you're a kind and respectful human, thats all that really matters to us!
Couples are welcome but the rent will increase to 1200.
As the previous tenant is not off the lease, we can only offer a sublet at this time. You will receive a sub let agreement to ensure you have some protection for your deposit.
