My long term housemate has recently moved out and I'm looking for a new house share buddy.

I have a lovely quiet maissonette, with loft conversion up top. I live in the top floor area. The maissionette floor has the large lounge room, your bedroom (the old master bedroom so it's quite large and spacious), a smaller bedroom (for storage), your own private bathroom, kitchen and then the private garden out the back. Fully double glazed windows so it's quiet and great in winter. The bathroom down stairs (on your floor) is all yours, and I have my own one up stairs.

We basically share the common spaces (large lounge, kitchen), standard house share scenario.

As for me, I'm an easy going Australian, living here for 14 years now, and i've had long term house mates over the years. Happy to get references from them. I've had mostly female housemates and I get along with everyone.

I'm a dad and have my son every other weekend, he's 7. We'd be out and about mostly when he's over and we'd be mostly up stairs. My home has a family centric atmosphere, warm and social. For me sharing is, "My castle is your castle", type philosophy.

I could consider a couple but would need to think through the extra cost aspect, happy to consider/chat.

A pet is ok too, i don't mind, happy to discuss.
