We're a couple, living up stairs.

We have a lovely quiet maissonette, with loft conversion up top. We live in the top floor area. The maissionette floor has the large lounge room, your bedroom (the old master bedroom so it's quite large and spacious), a smaller bedroom (not for use), your own private bathroom, shared kitchen and then our garden out the back. Fully double glazed windows so it's quiet and great in winter. The bathroom down stairs (on your floor) is all yours, and we have our own one up stairs. We've installed plantation shutters throughout the house so it's fresh and modern.

We basically share the common spaces (large lounge, kitchen), standard house share scenario.

As for us, we are an Australian/British couple, easy going, and we've had long term house mates over the years. We're both professional/office work, with some wfh days.

We have a great exercise bike, free weights, all you need for home workouts.

A pet is ok too, we're both pet friendly and don't mind, happy to discuss.
