Our lovely housemate is moving out at the end of September to become a doctor, and we're looking for someone to join our cosy home.

Our landlord is waiting for planning permission to basically knockdown our flat with next doors and the abandoned shop below us. He's predicting we have another 4 - 6 months here. However, we could have longer depending on planning permissions.

ABOUT THE PROPERTY:

Rent : £620 -per month
Bills : £70 to 100 per month

Privately owned by a landlord who is pretty responsive - by London standards - when work needs doing or things need replacing.

3 double rooms upstairs
One large bathroom with shower and toilet upstairs
One small toilet downstairs
Large open kitchen, dining and lounge area
Sweet garden which comes with a the neighbours cat (we've called her Licky)

7 to 10 minute walk to Tooting Broadway (tube stations) with loads of buses going everywhere just around the corner. The walk to the station is well lit so feels safe if you're getting home or going out at night alone.

ABOUT THE VACANT ROOM

Comes furnished, it is a good sized double with a double wardrobe, chest of drawers, a double bed and side table.. The room is basic but it's clean and you are free to decorate it as you see fit! It also has a great view of all the neighbours cats.

ABOUT US

We are two book worms and art lovers. We have our separate lives, but also value cosy times at home together. This may include going on long morning walks to get a cuppa and a pastry, or cosy nights in on the sofa watching films or cooking dinner.

We are looking for a kind and clean soul to join our little nest for the next 6 months.
