Large double attic room available in a girly house

Viewings taking place on wed Thur - some spaces still available. Looking ideally for someone around 24-28, works Mon-Fri usual office hours, preferably hybrid or full time in the office & looking to live in a sport n social household. Please do message if you think that suits you!

Large attic room available from 01 October, will be taking over the current contract which runs to 28 February with option to renew.

Flexibility in dates - some minor flexibility in dates but will need to be around 01 October. Possibility to store items at the house before move in, if this is required.

The Housemates: 3 girls in their mid twenties who are all very sociable and sporty including hockey, cheerleading, running! During the week we are either doing sport or chilling at the house / out and about with friends and at the weekend we like to go to the pub for a drink as well as an occasional hot girl summer walk.

Included in the room: double bed, large wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk
Optional to be added at a fair price to be discussed with current tenant: desk chair, mirror, standing shelving unit x2

More about the house: 1 bathroom with shower and bath, weekly rotating cleaning rota to keep the house tidy, it is across from a school

Bills: not included, approx. £75-100 monthly Inc. Council tax. All sorted by the tenants together
We also use split wise to share any miscellaneous items we buy for the house e. g. Sponges, washing up liquid

Travel: approx. 5 min walk to Tooting Broadway Station - Northern Line to slightly further to Tooting train station
