✨ Double Room In A Girly House In Tooting Broadway

Due to a change in personal circumstances I am unfortunately having to move out my recently refurbished flat. The room will be available at end of September.

The Room🛌: A large double with plenty of room for a desk to WFH. The house came unfurnished so the furniture will not come with the room. I am however happy to sell all of my furniture for £500 (Ottoman bed, wardrobe, desk, bedside tables and chest of drawers) but also open to offers for individual items.

The House🏡: Situated 5 minutes walk from Tooting Broadway station and is also only a 5 minute walk to Tooting Markets, a large Sainsbury's and TheGym.

Housemates👩🏻‍🤝‍👩🏼👩🏽‍🤝‍👩🏻: You will be sharing with Lucy, Louise & Tara who have been living together for the past few years and we all met on SpareRooms. They are all in their late twenties (29,30,29) and have their own friends in London but love socialising as a house too 🌻 In the week they are pretty chill - house dinners, going to the gym and watching the latest reality TV. At the weekends we do all the usual girly things 🤪 - bottomless brunches 🥂🍸 , walks round the common and other spontaneous things☀️🌳

About you: We are looking for someone 26-34 who is chill, fun, social and super clean and tidy - a good vibes all round kinda gal! ✨🪩💖 We have a lovely dynamic in the house and it would be great have someone replace me and join them who will become their friend too 💕🥰✨

The details💸:
Rent: £1130 + bills (£115). Rent is due on 10th of every month.
Deposit: £1225
Move in Date: From 29th September but can earlier if required.

Please note: as the house was unfurnished I would request £150 to cover the communal furniture I have purchased with the girls.
