I need someone to take on my tennancy in a great house in Tooting Broadway. The house is situated 30 seconds from the Selkirk Pub in Tooting. It's a 5-6 minute walk to Tooting Broadway Tube and a 3 minute walk to Tooting Markets.
The house itself has a large garden, separate living room and large kitchen. There is one bathroom + 1 additional separate toilet. The house has just been redocorated and new carpets have just been fitted.
You would be sharing with 3 girls (2 teachers and 1 student support worker). It's a nice quiet house, where everyone is pretty sociable but also enjoys cooking, chilling and watching shit TV in the evenings.
