Our lovely housemate is sadly moving in with her boyfriend so we have a large spare double room in our house in Tooting Broadway.
We’re looking for a tidy, sociable girl (25- 29) who we can be friends with as well as housemates. We like to do house dinners and movie nights, we love a night out to a pub but also have lovely big bedrooms to chill in the evenings.
You’ll be living with me (27) and Marina (23), we’re both working professionals who met through spare room and are now good friends. We’re just looking for someone with good vibes who can fit in with our dynamic!
The house itself is really spacious and homely- and we have garden space too which is ideal for BBQ’s in the summer! It’s a great location on a quiet road off of the high street and an 8 minute walk to Tooting Broadway. There are plenty of bars, restaurants and coffee shops close by (and super close to Tooting market!)
Rent is £950 per month and bills roughly come to £100.
