I’m looking to renew the lease for my current 3-bed house in Tooting Broadway and looking for two girls to take the 2 other rooms, as my current flatmates are sadly moving on to new adventures!
Key facts:
- £800 per month
- Bills usually come to around £100 (a bit more in the winter)
- Available from 30th September
- 10 min walk to Tooting Broadway tube station for the Northern line + heaps of bus connections around the corner
- 10-15 min walk to Lidl, Aldi and Sainsbury’s, as well as Tooting Market which has so much good food! 💛
About the flatmates:
You’ll be living with me (Maria, 23). I’m originally from Norway and working in fashion (50/50 home and office based) The flat has been such a sociable atmosphere over the year I’ve already lived here and I would love to keep it that way! I’d love for the new flatmates to be up for occasional movie or trash tv nights (love a good reality show), going out for food/drinks or just chatting after work! But also big on respecting people’s down time, so looking for someone who’s after the same! Keeping the place clean and tidy is also really important 🫶🏻
Ideally looking for girls around a similar age (so around 22-27) ✨
Room 1:
- Good size furnished room (double bed, mattress, wardrobe, desk)
Room 2:
- Slightly smaller than room 1 but has a separate office that would be all yours, so perfect if you wfh!
- Furnished (double bed, mattress, wardrobe)

About the flat:
- Super cozy living room that we’ve made our own and I want to make even cozier this year!
- One bathroom shared between 3 girls in total
- Lovely garden with lots of sun - perfect for a few drinks in the summer 🌞
- Corner shops, restaurants and cafes, GP, pharmacy and an Anytime Fitness right around the corner
