Change of sharer :
A spacious furnished room in the flat I’m renting will be free from the 30 September and I’m looking for a new flatmate!
Five minutes from Tooting Broadway station, there’s plenty of restaurants, shops, supermarkets and gyms all a five minute walk away. Also very close to the lovely Tooting Market!
The room has high ceilings, a double bed, nightstand, wardrobe and chest of drawers. Most things you’d need in a kitchen are also in place, including a washing machine.
There’s a large sitting room, bathroom with both shower and bathtub, slightly smaller kitchen all shared with me. It’s the top flat in a two floor house but we have our own entrance.
A little about me: I’m 28, work as a communications officer, and I’m half Swedish half English. I just moved back to the UK six months ago, so while I'm new to the area I've really started to feel at home! If you're also an international, that's a plus!
When I’m not at work I love everything London has to offer in terms of art, cinema, music, nights out or also just meeting up with friends for a drink after work as well. I’m a regular at the local gym and always up for trying new sports!
I’m quite outgoing as a person and happy to hang out in the flat, but do occasionally also need time alone and of course respect if you do too! And I make sure to keep communal spaces clean and tidy, and happy if you do too! :)
The previous flatmate had a cat, and while it won’t be living here any more, if you’re very allergic that could be good to keep in mind.

Rent is £800 ppm and bills are currently:
Council tax £71 (£35.5pp).
Water £39 (£19.50pp).
Gas / Electric approx £101 (£50.5pp).
Internet £32.99 (£16.5pp)
A Guarantor is required by the agency if your salary is under £28k per annum.
We are on the Zero Deposit scheme, which means there is no five-week deposit to pay to the landlord, but you would be paying £173 to my flatmate who is moving out, as you would be taking over their part of the Zero Deposit scheme. Read more about the scheme on the KFH site.
