Bright room in friendly shared house

Hey! I am moving out of my lovely room after 4 years of happy living here which means it's up for grabs! Your new housemates will be Lucia, Francis and Siobhan who are friendly, considerate and absolutely lovely people to live with. They're looking for a housemate who is up for hanging out, but equally happy doing their own thing - who cleans up after themselves (much appreciated!). We're sociable and like to have friends round for dinner and drinks, but are equally respectful of each other's space. Those with the grace and decorum of a reversing dump truck without any tires on need not apply xxx

My room is spacious and get's lovely light throughout the day. The room is big enough for a double bed, drawers, an arm chair, a desk and wardrobe! The room is originally unfurnished with only the bed frame included, but I'm happy to sell my wardrobe, desk, and drawers to the new tenant if desired.

The house has a ground floor (living room / kitchen, a study, store cupboard, a bathroom and Francis's bedroom), first floor (my room, Siobhan's room, the first floor bathroom) and a top floor (Lucia's en suite bedroom). The three bathrooms (which all have loos and showers) are great, as you never feel on top of each other in the mornings before work or getting ready for bed. The one on my floor also has a bath.

The house is between Tooting Broadway and Colliers Wood, a stone's throw away from St George's Hospital. Tooting Broadway tube is a 12 min walk away and Colliers Wood is about 15 mins (both Northern line). Tooting overground is just over 15 mins away too. There are a tonne of great restaurants, cafes, bars and pubs nearby, plus Tooting Market / Tooting Broadway Market and hidden gems Merton Abbey Mills and Morden Hall Park are down past Colliers Wood for a change of scene. Tooting Lido's also a short bus journey away.

Bills are paid monthly - council tax currently amounts to £19 a month each. We currently pay £15 each for a cleaner every two weeks.
