3 Rooms Available in Tooting

4 bedroom house in Tooting Broadway with 3 XL double rooms, 1 bright single room, a lounge, separate kitchen and back garden.

Smallest double available from 1st Oct. Single and largest double both available from 12th Oct.

Sadly 3 of the girls are moving out so we are looking for 3 girls who will be an active part of the household, are up for socialising (so won't always be locked away in their room) but also respect personal space and who are clean and tidy. Its quite a young but mellow house (not a party house), we all get on well and are considerate of each other. We’re all friendly (including our cat Kai) and love spending time together at home, watching a good series and cooking for each other or going out for drinks/dinner together. The house is in a great area, just off the main road of shops, pubs and restaurants and is a 2 minute walk to the Northern line. The bills on top of rent come in at about £75-£95pm each and include gas, electric, water, CT, TV licence and WiFi. Rooms are all furnished with beds and wardrobes and street parking is available on our road with a permit.
