1 Month only Sublet Double Room Tooting Broadway

I’ll be subletting my room for 1 month only over the Christmas and new year period. 10th December to 7th January. £550 rent and a £100 holding deposit. This includes bills to cover the rent and bills (council tax, water, gas and electricity). WiFi is not included in the bills. We would prefer a female in the house to balance the house.

About the house
A beautiful maisonette, with 1st and 2nd floor. Room will be in the 2nd floors. A shared living room, kitchen, utility, bathroom, small toilet and access to the patio area via stairs out the back. We’ll connect travel areas as the 5 minutes walk to Tooting Broadway tube station is a 5 minutes walk and a 4 minute walk to Tooting bus stops. There are gyms in the area, the closest is a 6 minutes walk to the GymGroup gym and Tooting leisure centre 5 minutes walk. Close to the high street, 4 minute walk to a large Sainsbury’s, aldi is close by, and a Lidl further up the high street.
