Hi, we are looking for a new flatmate who is available to move in by 01/10/2024. The house currently consists of three 24-year-old males, two aspiring actors, and myself (Ben), who works in financial services. We are extremely laid back and easygoing, we enjoy a pint (or two…), football, gym, and anything else sports-related. We are very sociable, we have a good group of friends and throw the occasional house party here and there for special occasions. If you are interested, details of the property are listed below.

This House is a 5-minute walk from Tooting Broadway Station (Zone 3) connected via the Northern Line which runs 24 hours on Friday and Saturday, with an easy commute to central London.

The location is perfect – situated in a quiet, safe street with friendly neighbours, minutes away from all local amenities including pubs, bars, restaurants, supermarkets, and gyms.

The double room is available to single occupants.

The house is maintained and managed by the landlord who we get along with and know well. He is very quick to attend to any maintenance issues within the house, often issuing repairs on the same day.

- - Rent and bills - -
Your monthly rental payment will be £710 per month with Bills averaging at an additional £33 per month.

Fully fitted kitchen with washing machine/dryer, large storage spaces throughout the whole house, and a lovely garden.

The spacious Double room is located upstairs and comes furnished with a double bed, wardrobes, a desk, a chair, a bedside table, and a set of drawers.
