A double bedroom in a four bedroom, two bathroom flat is available from the 13th of September, for 6 weeks.

We are looking for a short term sublease to come into our flat until mid-end October. We are a group of three young professionals, two Kiwis and one English males. We all have a mix of WFH and office work and work Monday - Friday. We like to use the weekend to catch up with mates, explore London or watch sport together.

We are looking for someone likeminded, who will not only be a tenant but also someone who will join the group and do things together.

We are in a 5 minute walk radius of all major supermarkets, a wealth of food shops and Tooting/Broadway Market. Also in close vicinity to the northern line, and great pubs and bars.

£835 pcm excluding bills, which are usually around £75-90 a month.
