Lovely, bright, furnished double bedroom (for single use) in Tooting Broadway. Perfect location on a quiet street, close to excellent transport. You will be sharing the house with three friendly, chilled out professionals, in their 30s. We value respecting each other's private space, and keeping the house clean and quiet. The house has a shared living room and a separate kitchen (where everyone has their own fridge), one big and one smaller bathroom, and a rear garden. Deposit, full-time job contract, and references REQUIRED. The room is available from the 3rd of October. We are looking for a friendly professional FEMALE in her 30s ONLY. Sorry, guys, but our landlord doesn’t want self-employed tenants or zero-hour contracts. NO couples. Ideally someone who has a 9 to 5 job.
