Fixed term from 7 December 2024 until 20 July 2025.

My boyfriend and I are going travelling for 7 months and we are hoping to rent out our ground floor converted maisonette flat whilst we’re away. We love our home and hoping to find a lovely couple or individual who will take care of it for 8 months until we get back.

There is a second bedroom in the flat which will remain locked with our belongings in it.

Furnishings: Newly furnished, and decorated in the last 12 months. Fully furnished incl all kitchenware, bean-to-cup coffee machine, wine fridge, dishwasher, airfryer.

Location: Nutwell Street (4 minute walk away from Tooting Broadway Station, High street, Sainsburys, Aldi, Tooting Market, Primark). The road is a nice and quiet cul-de-sac, off the main road - no noise or through-traffic.

Parking: permits available for purchase via Wandsworth council for around £35 per month.

Tenants: ideally a young professional couple. No smokers and no pets please!

Rental price: £1,800 excl bills
Bills: Wifi, water and council tax fixed at £130 per month.
Gas and electric estimated at £100 per month depending on usage, with half price electricity every Sunday with British Gas.

Deposit: £2000 (held with mydeposits)

PLEASE NOTE: This rental is a lodger agreement.

My sister may also stay ocassional (max one night per fortnight mid-week) in the spare room when going to the London-based office (advance notice provided and of course, contribution towards bills will be made for any nights she stays). Any questions about this, please do ask!
