Room for rent in lovely flat in Tooting Broadway!

Hi! Myself and my flatmate Joni are looking for a new tennant in our 3 bed flat! Our current housemate is unfortunately moving out at the end of the tenancy and we are looking for a fun and friendly girl to fill her room! The flat is a 4 minute walk to tooting broadway underground and 10 mins to the train station. It's also only minutes walk from shops (including sainsburys and aldi), pubs, bars restaurants and the markets, but located on a quiet street. I am a nurse working in whitechapel, and joni works for a children's charity hybrid working from office and home. We are both sociable and love a chat and hanging out as a flat when we are home, but also have our own friendship groups and social lives. The flat has a lovely garden which is a real sun trap, 1 and a half bathrooms and a shared living/kitchen area. Bills come to approx £85 a month, and the flat has a washing machine and dishwasher.
