2 Double Rooms In Friendly House In Tooting

***We’re looking for two guys aged between 24-28 to keep the balance of the house***

Two double rooms available in a social four bed house in Tooting Broadway. Rent is split equally, so each room is £800 p/m and bills come to around £85 p/m. Move in date is the first weekend of November.

The 🏡 is an 8 minute walk from the tube station (northern line, 20 minutes to Bank), 2 minute walk to Broadway market (great vibes!) and 10 minute walk to Tooting Common. It’s also very close to the high street which includes your classics: Pret, The Castle, Aldi, big Sains etc.

It’s an end of terrace house with a large kitchen, separate lounge, three bathrooms 🛁 (including the outdoor one if you fancy it…) and garden. We have a private landlord = less hassle and he tends to be responsive to any issues.

Molly - 24 year old from Bath who moved to London around 10 months ago and works in East London as a mental health therapist in the NHS. Loves socializing, going out for drinks, playing football, festivals, and a gossip in the kitchen (always).

Annie - 27 year old from Lancashire who moved to London a few years ago and works in the funding team of a mental health charity (please note you don’t have to work in mental health to live with us, other professions welcome🤣). Also loves going out for drinks, a wander round the common, exploring different parts of London when the motivation strikes, and always has a book on the go.

We met via Spareroom, have become great friends and are very open to expanding our respective friendship groups in London. Netflix and wine nights are a regular thing.

Our current housemates Zach and Fin, who you’d be replacing, are close mates from home and have decided to leave the stresses of LDN work and rent behind to travel South America!

The ideal housemates: 2 young professional guys in full-time work, who ideally work both from home and in the office; up for socializing with the house but also has their own friendship group and social life outside the house; genuinely wants to get to know their housemates and get involved in the house culture e. g. house dinners, BBQs, evenings out and other wholesome stuff.

Room 1 (photos 5&6): Double room on the ground floor, with access to the garden and a bathroom next door (which will pretty much be your own). Comes with the furniture in the pics apart from the desk chair.

Room 2 (photos 7&8): Double room on the second floor, towards the back of the back of the house. Comes with wardrobe, desk, bedside table, drawers, bed frame.

The boring bit: Landlord requires that you’re in full-time work and earn minimum £30k per year (no guarantors, sorry!)
