Lovely Tooting double room (+own bathroom)

One lovely double room (with own bathroom) available living with four other girls, aged 28-31 in a friendly girls’ flat! They love cosy nights in, pub trips for sport & quizzes, day trips to other places and long chats over dinner and trashy TV. It’s a sociable flat that we like to think of as a home, not just a house. Room only available due to me relocating, I have loved living here and I’m sad to be leaving!

It’s a really great, cosy room and it comes with its own private bathroom on the same floor. The room is on the back of the house off its own little corridor so is very quiet and overlooks the garden. It has lots of natural light with three windows and great storage space under the tall bed and on top of the wardrobe too. Furniture included with the room is the bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside shelving unit. Photographs show it with my current bookshelf and console table (which don’t come with the room) and there’s also a photo of the room before I moved in so you can see the sort of space you have/the things you can fit in!

We have a large shared living room and private garden. Your bathroom has a bath with a shower over and good undersink storage. Only a few minutes walk from the tube station, 2 mins from a huge Sainbury’s and all the pubs of Tooting. Cleaning duties for the flat are on a rota basis but you’re responsible for your own room and bathroom.

Monthly rent is £730 for the bedroom and bathroom inclusive, which includes all bills, as well as covering extra shared house purchases (cleaning products, toilet roll, tin foil, cooking oil/spices etc). And if that shared fund builds up, you can treat yourselves! Previous purchases have included a garden table & chairs, kitchen appliances and funding nights out.
