Double and single bed rooms available in Tooting

My current flatmate is moving out and I am looking for 2 new flatmates to take over the single and double bedrooms. The flat has 1 bathroom, a shared living room and separate kitchen, along with a small garden. It’s also close to St George’s hospital and less than 5mins walk to Tooting Broadway tube.

I’m a civil engineer who enjoys anything active as well as a chill pub trip. Would be great if you have similar interests, but otherwise just looking for someone reasonably clean and tidy! Available to move in from 6th October
