• The current contract is due for renewal on the 5th of Jan 2025, but as long as the current occupants want to, the contract will simply be renewed and rolled over, as we have been doing for the last 5+ years
• Our landlord is very relaxed and ultimately just wants the rent to be paid, hence why she is ok for people to move in and out, outside of the formal contracted tenancy period.
