Looking for people to fill 2 large rooms with king size beds in our lovely and big 3 floor house in Tooting!

*Move in date 19th November*
*viewings taking place Monday 30th Sept and Tuesday 1st Oct*

Room 1: £1025 (plus 105 bills)
Room 2: £1025 (plus 105 bills)

The house has a big open plan kitchen and dining area, cosy living room, utility room, a downstairs toilet and an upstairs bathroom with bath and shower. Both of the rooms are large with king size beds and plenty of storage and both get lots of natural sunlight throughout the day! We also use the kitchen table downstairs as a desk so you'll always have space to work downstairs whenever you need (or there's plenty of room in the bedrooms for desks!)

The house is in a great location:
- 5 minute walk to tooting broadway tube
- 3 minute walk to the nearest bus station with great links
- 10 minute walk to tooting broadway overground station
- 2 tube stops away from Balham train station or an 8 min bus to earlsfield station
- 10 minute walk to the huge Tooting common park
- 6 minute walk to a massive sainsburies or aldi
- 3 minute walk to the famous Tooting market (as well as lots of other great pubs and restaurants!)

You would be living with 2 professionals (4 bed house) who are chilled, clean, friendly and always up for a catch up or evening down the pub, but also respect each others personal space and down time! We're looking for people of a similar age (late 20's early 30's) who ideally would want to stay long term, who are clean and sociable but equally have their own things going on. (Just to note as well, as much as we all love a drink this is not a party house!)
