2 rooms available in lovely Tooting house share

Hi everyone,

We have two rooms soon to be available in our lovely house share in Tooting Broadway!

Two of our housemates are sadly leaving, one to move in with their partner and one as she's just bought a flat, so we are looking for two friendly, social and clean and tidy girls to come and join our home.

The first room (the first bedroom picture) is a huge ground-floor double room, which has plenty of space to work from home. Rent for this room is £800pm, and the move in date is from 3rd November.

the second bedroom (the second bedroom picture) is slightly smaller but still a great size and has a Juliet balcony, and is £780pm. The move in date is from 21st November.

Both rooms are fully furnished and rent includes all bills except gas and electric, which generally come to around £40pm. Each room shares a bathroom with one other person.

The house is in a great spot, 15-20 minute walk from Tooting Broadway tube and less than 10 minutes from Tooting Overground. There's also a Lidl, gym and great pubs/restaurants on your doorstep.

The current household is a really lovely bunch of girls aged from 28-31. We get on really well and love to cook together and have a drink in the evenings, but also all have our own lives and friendship groups in London. There is a mixture of housemates working from home and going into the office.

The contract for each room is initially 6 months with a 2 months notice period, and then a rolling contract afterwards.

We'll be looking to hold viewings starting w/c 7th October.
