Hey everyone! We’ve got a double bedroom available in our lovely flat in Tooting Broadway, shared with two other girls. It’s a cosy place with a shared bathroom and open-plan kitchen/living room. The kitchen includes a dishwasher and washing/drying machine.

A bit about us: one of us works in travel and the other’s an accountant. We’re both friendly, tidy, sociable and enjoy the occasional dinner together and movie nights. We are respectful of each others spaces and keen to keep the flat clean as we have a weekly cleaning rota.

Rent: £800 per month without bills.
Bills: Water, gas/electricity and wifi bills are roughly £90 per month.
Plus council tax which works out to around £25 per month.
