Double bedroom available Tooting Broadway

I’m sad to be leaving my current room in a lovely houseshare in Tooting.

It’s a good sized double bedroom that comes with a chest of drawers, wardrobe, side table and bed.

The flat is across two floors with two bathrooms and a large kitchen/livingroom.

The tenants staying here are all friendly sociable girls in their early thirties. We like to chat and watch a film together but everyone also does their own thing.

To replace me we’re looking for someone around the same age who’s friendly, respectful and clean.

The room is available from 3rd December. The rent is £900 a month and the deposit is £900. The bills typically come to just under a £100 including a cleaner who comes every two weeks. Our landlord is great and any repairs are always handled quickly. It’s a beautiful flat.

The flat is on Coverton Road and is about a 5 minute walk to Tooting Broadway station (northern line underground) and Tooting High Street is literally at the end of the road with bars and restaurants. St George’s hospital is opposite the flat and that means plenty of buses come here too.
