Tooting sublet roomwith wholesome flatmates

Looking for someone to take my room which is available 5/10-22/11 (when we are intending on finishing the lease). Open to shorter timeframe for the right person. Probably will have the option of staying in the house for a 6 month lease after if you can find two mates from late November.

£775 per month (£875 incl. bills). Room has built in, set of drawers and a bed (not furniture/décor in the picture - just the photo I had of it when writing this).

Housemates are absolute legends - couple (26M&F) and 28M Aussie/Kiwis who keep quiet during the week and are quite social on weekends.

Place is a 5min bus or 10-15min walk to Tooting Broadway tube or Earlsfield train station so decent connections into central London.
