A lovely room with a small double bed in a modern flat just 3 minutes walk from Tooting Broadway Station so ideal if you commute into London for work. You will be sharing a bathroom with just one other girl. The other two girls are upstairs with their own bathroom. The kitchen has a new oven and washing machine, also kitted out with a dishwasher. The living room is shared and provides more space to chill out on your own or with the other flatmates. It is a relaxed flat with us enjoying our own space and having friends round whilst also enjoying time together. Two of the girls work from home on a Monday and Friday.
The flat is within a five minute walk of Tooting Market, shops, restaurants, bars and pubs.
The room is available from the 1st November but can be flexible from the last week of October. Rent is paid at the start of the month. Let me know if you have any questions!
