Spacious Double room in Tooting! Short term let 😊

Hey!

I'm moving out of my spacious double room in Tooting Broadway at the end of October and I'm looking for a short term replacement.

This wouldn't be a sublet and you would be on the tenancy. The rest of the housemates have a friend who will be moving in from January but he could delay till April so it will be either a 3 or 6 month short term let.

It's £870 including bills, it's a 9 mins walk to Tooting Broadway (Northern line) which gets you direct to pretty much everywhere in London 😊

You'll be living with 3 others - 1 guy, 2 girls - in their 20s. They are looking for professionals, the landlord needs working individuals who can pass referencing so proof of employment is needed.

The room comes with the bed, mattress and a built in wardrobe! The rest of the furniture is coming with me sadly.

As it's a tenancy change over there will be a small cost to redo the inventory and changeover the deposit and name change. I'd cover a 2/3 of this cost as it's a short term tenancy, ideally you'd be able to cover the remaining 1/3 of the cost 😊 I don't have the exact figure yet but the total will be around £200 (likely less!). Deposit amount to be confirmed but will be around £822.

I move into my new place from the 30th of October so priority given to those who can move/pay the closest to this 😊 Rent is due from the 3rd of the month.
Viewings are taking place on the 8th (6:30-9pm) and 11th of October (3pm-10pm)!
