I have recently bought a property in London and looking for someone to replace my room and live with my best friend.

Me and James have been friends since school and he really is a one of a kind person, who will never fail to make you laugh!

Looking for someone fun and sociable but also respects each others space. We enjoy nights out, brunch, watching Netflix shows and trash tv together and he will be looking for the same when I leave 🥲.

The house and room come fully furnished. The room has a large king size bed, bedside table and wardrobe. The wider house has a small room that can be used as a spare or study room alongside a living room, kitchen and a beautiful sun trap garden!☀️

🚇 We are in a really quite and safe residential area which is a 10 minute walk to Colliers Wood station, 14 minute to Tooting Broadway (both northern line), or for national rail it’s a 15 min walk to Tooting.

🚶‍♀️The flat is also in walking distance to Tooting Market and all the bars and restaurants of Tooting, Colliers Wood retail park which has a pure gym, Aldi, Lidl, dunelm, sports direct, Tmax, Sainsbury’s and more…

I can be fully flexible with the move (ideally looking the end of October but can flex with this).

Our property is currently rented through Dexters and rental payments are made the 27th of each month. As the property is through dexters a reference and a deposit will be needed! We also have a super chilled landlord who we speak to regularly so apart from the contract you don’t need to speak with the agency again.

Also to note the current tenancy on the flat expires November 2025, so you can stay for the whole year without rush if you wish to do so.
