Double bedroom in 4bed house, Tooting Broadway

We have a top floor double bedroom available in our lovely Tooting home that will be available from 1st November.

A bit about the housemates;
Katie is 32 and works for a finance magazine, she enjoys the theatre and enjoying all the gems London has to offer.
Roseanna is 30 and works in corporate events, always out and about, and enjoys any form of exercise available.
Sarah is 34 and also works in venue sourcing for an events company. Sarah is the master chef of the house, and recent lash lifting expert!

We have a great house dynamic, and have been living in the house between 2-4 years each. We are looking for a female housemate to join, aged 27+.

The house is a 5 minute to Aldi, Lidl, tk maxx Tooting Broadway station and the tooting market.

The room is £700 month plus around £80 for bills.

We’re looking for someone to sign a new 1 year lease.

We also use splitwise for common household items like toilet roll and washing up liquid etc.

The house has 2 bathrooms and a spare room that we put our suitcases in as well!
