We’re Georgia, Lucy and Reece, all in our twenties, working in and around London and we’re looking for a new housemate to join us as our current one is sadly moving in with her boyfriend 🥺
Our ideal housemate would be a working professional in their twenties who is sociable, fun and wants to hang out! We often go out for drinks, watch tv and chill together so we would love for someone who is keen to be friends rather then just housemates.
The room is a good size and comes with a double bed and wardrobe, and you’ll be sharing a bathroom with a bath and shower with one other person. The house also comes with a downstairs patio garden as well as an upstairs balcony which are always in use in the summer months ☀️☀️☀️
The house is located a short walk away from Tooting Broadway tube and a slightly further walk to Tooting Station.
Rent is £840 and bills are around £80 pcm and a £980 security deposit will be required to secure the room.
We’re ideally looking for someone to move in at the end of November, the remaining tenancy will last until May 2025 but we’re likely to renew this further.
